IT’S NOAH’S WORLD
This unique book about the life of an autistic boy is not just for kids, but for adults as well. If you're interested in finding a book to start the conversation about neurodivergence with a child in your life, there are helpful tips included on relevant pages that explain certain behaviors that might occur in people with autism. Being a caregiver to someone who is on the autism spectrum is a learning curve that requires dedication, research, and thorough attention. This experience can be overwhelming for many, so this book is here as a helpful tool to support your understanding of autism. The goal of this book is to help dismantle the harmful stereotypes associated with autism by explaining some common behaviors and providing helpful tips on how you can support healthy regulation. This book also helps kids who experience similar emotions, feelings, habits, or behaviors realize that there are other people who are similar to them.

Why KENYA Writes
Hi! My name is Kenya, and I'm a writer who brings diverse perspectives and stories to children’s literature. So few books contain children of color, and even less contain characters of color who are disabled. I hope to reach both caregivers and children who wish to see more people who are like them in the stories they love.
